Jen & Jeff have a lot to celebrate. They both just finished their PhDs. They are back to living in the same town after a year apart for Jen's internship in Texas. Jeff will have his MD in just two more years and Jen has a brand new job. But what's even cooler is that they are celebrating 5 years of martial bliss.
Jen emailed me a few months ago to say that they were coming out to San Francisco for a vacation and she wanted to do some photos while they were out here. I was so excited to meet up with these two. The three of us were good friends in junior high and high school but I'm pretty sure we haven't seen each other once since graduation. It was great to catch up - covering 9 years of life takes a while! Then we were off to shoot. We shot some in Golden Gate Park and the rest at Baker's Beach. I absolutely love it there...I'm pretty sure I could shoot every session there and not get bored. Congratulations, Jen & Jeff on 5 years of marriage. Let's meet up again after the next five!

Seriously amazing quality of light on those beach shots, just beautiful! The blue dress, the water, the sand, their obvious love for one another, what a wonderful photo shoot, it looks comfortable and relaxed. Beautiful pics!
