Athena and Michael are so, so sweet together. In the midst of a big move, planning a wedding that is only a few weeks away, and Athena going back to school for nursing, these two took a couple hours to just relax, explore Golden Gate Park and spend time together. Luckily they didn't mind that Jake and I photographed their little break from their hectic lives! Meeting them made me realize what a fun day their wedding is going to be - in just two weeks! I usually shoot engagement sessions alone but it's always fun when Jake comes along to shoot too. It's so crazy to see how different our two shots are from the same situation. The one below is Jake's, then the next one is mine.
Another good reason for bringing Jake along - as I was shooting he scoped the area out a bit. He came back and promised he had found something I would love. He was right ;)
